In your first appointment, Cindi will complete a full health assessment before starting your keto program.

During your weekly appointments, Cindi will monitor your diet and your progress with weekly weigh and measurements plus regular VLA tests to track progress.   The weekly appointments allow for the program to be adjusted to suit your needs.

In the next 6 weeks of your program, Cindi will introduce you to the techniques involved in re setting your body set point.

You will be guided and supported throughout your 12 week program to  stay motivated, lose weight and keep it off.

 

How much weight will I lose on a ketogenic diet?

On average most people lose 10-15kgs in a 12 Week Ultimate Keto Program.  These results vary for men and women.

In your first week, expect to lose up to 3 kilos. Your weekly loss can vary between between 500gms to 1.5kgs.

For women, your hormones can have an effect on your ketogenic program.  Cindi will assess this during your weekly appointments using the VLA program.
